Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, email, company, application, quantity and project requirements. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss samples, specifications or a quotation. Avoid including passwords, payment details or confidential customer records.
Sending an enquiry
When online submission is available, the form sends your enquiry through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. Their privacy policy describes their processing. If the form prepares an email draft, you must send it in your email application. Preparing or copying a draft does not send it to us.
Referral information
The form may attach the page where your enquiry began, the page where you submitted it and campaign labels from the URL. These help us understand which products and resources led to your enquiry. Referral details are kept in your browser’s session storage for this visit. They are not used to build an advertising profile.
Analytics
This website records no third-party analytics by default. It exposes anonymous interaction events for a configured analytics integration; those events contain no form text, name or email. If analytics is added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before it is enabled.
