RFID Hang Tags

An RFID hang tag folds inventory technology into the ticket your product already wears. Instead of adding a second sticker, the UHF inlay hides inside a printed cardboard swing tag, so garments and accessories arrive at the store both priced and radio-readable. This family covers apparel hang tags on heavyweight card alongside string-attached formats for bottles and containers that adhesive labels struggle to grip.

What decides the construction

Card stock and finish come first: the core design uses 200 g white art paper printed on both sides — UV printing as standard, with other print processes available — so brand artwork, care icons and barcodes all live on one piece. Second, chip and performance: the 83 × 25 mm format carries an Impinj M730, a common choice for retail inventory platforms, and alternative silicon can be sourced where your ecosystem dictates. Third, the mechanics of attachment: eyelet position, string or pin, and whether the chip bump faces away from the printed side so nothing interrupts the artwork.

Send dielines or reference artwork and expect a reply with pricing inside 24 hours. Pre-production samples are free on a freight-collect basis and typically arrive in 3–5 working days for scanner and fixture testing. Mass production completes 7–15 days after you approve artwork, using ISO 9001-certified partner facilities, and encoding to your EPC scheme before shipment is available on every run.
