RT-M107

UHF flexible on-metal RFID label · 70×20 mm

A slim FR4 (PCB) construction gives this 70×20 mm anti-metal tag its stiffness and durability at only 3 mm thick. The Impinj M781 chip reads up to 6 meters on metal at 902–928 MHz with a fixed reader, stores a 128-bit EPC plus 512-bit user memory, survives 100,000 write cycles, and the IP68 body runs from -20 to 100 °C.

Metal is the natural enemy of an ordinary RFID label: the surface detunes the antenna and reflects the field back at it. Flexible on-metal labels rebuild the label stack with a shielding layer thin enough to stay printable and pliable, so you can tag IT hardware, steel shelving, cylinders and enclosures without resorting to a rigid housing. The family runs from ultra-thin printable formats to flag-style constructions that lift the antenna clear of the surface, plus a European-frequency (ETSI) variant tuned for 865–868 MHz sites.

Three questions that set the spec

How tight is the surface? The thinnest design here measures 65 × 35 mm at just 0.75 mm thick, wrapping curved metal where housings cannot follow. Do you need on-demand printing? PET-faced versions run through standard RFID printers for text, barcode and QR marking — useful when every asset must carry a human-readable ID as well as an EPC. Which region are your readers in? Pick the ETSI-tuned build for European deployments and wideband builds elsewhere; chips such as the Impinj Monza R6 can be exchanged to match your platform.

Placing an order

Describe your asset mix and we respond with a recommendation and pricing within 24 hours. Quotations, samples and supply

How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with a specific recommendation — chip, antenna, face material and adhesive — plus tiered unit pricing for the quantities you request.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free of charge (freight collect) and dispatched within 3–5 working days, so you can verify read performance on your own material before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
