The quality gate, stage by stage

Before production

  • Antenna and inlay design reviewed against your surface, size envelope and target read range.
  • Free samples (freight collect) dispatched in 3–5 working days for testing on your own material.
  • Voyantic sensitivity and read-range data available on request before you approve production.

During production

  • Production on partner lines certified to ISO 9001 quality management.
  • CCD vision inspection on every roll during converting and lamination.
  • EPC/TID encoding followed by 100% read verification — no dead tags shipped.

Before dispatch

  • QC data reviewed and confirmed by us before release — we are your single accountable contact.
  • Anti-static packaging with storage guidance (temperature, humidity, shelf life) on every shipment.
  • Worldwide dispatch by express, air or sea, typically 7–15 days after artwork approval.

How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with a specific recommendation — chip, antenna, face material and adhesive — plus tiered unit pricing for the quantities you request.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free of charge (freight collect) and dispatched within 3–5 working days, so you can verify read performance on your own material before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
