RT-H101
An RFID construction for high-temperature applications. Send the operating and storage temperatures, exposure duration, mounting surface and required read task for a specification review.
When a tag has to ride through paint curing, powder coating or repeated thermal cycling, ordinary label stocks give up long before the electronics would. This family packages UHF inlays in heat-stable housings so the identity stays with the part through the oven. The flagship format is a Dia 30 mm disc, 11 mm tall, rated for 260 °C exposure and designed to mount directly on metal.
Peak temperature and dwell time decide the housing, so describe the full heat profile of your process rather than a single number. Read range on metal is the second lever: fitted with an NXP UCODE 8 chip, the disc reaches about 3.5 m from a fixed reader and 2.6 m from a handheld, on both US 902–928 MHz and EU 865–868 MHz bands — state your region when you enquire so the tuning matches your readers. Memory rounds out the sheet: a 96-bit EPC extendable to 480 bits, 512 bits of user space and a 64-bit TID, under EPC Class1 Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C, leave room to carry process data on the tag through the line.
Describe the fixture point and heat cycle and we return a recommendation with pricing inside 24 hours. Trial units are free of charge on freight-collect terms and are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Serial production follows 7–15 days after approval, run on partner lines certified to ISO 9001, with encoding to your asset scheme available.
