Sustainability targets now reach all the way down to the price tag, and a conventional RFID label — PET face, plastic liner — sits awkwardly inside a recyclable package. RFID eco labels answer that tension with sustainable paper face stocks and constructions designed to reduce plastic content while keeping UHF performance intact. Retailers apply them to garments, packaging and shelf-ready goods where the label should follow the same waste stream as the product it identifies.
Deciding factors
Face material leads the conversation. Sustainable paper prints cleanly by thermal transfer but behaves differently from PET under moisture, so tell us where the label will live — hang tag, carton or primary pack — and we will confirm durability for that spot. Chip choice is flexible: the 54 × 34 mm standard format can be supplied with NXP U8, Impinj M730 or H47 silicon depending on the sensitivity and memory your readers expect. Size is the third variable, fully customizable around your artwork, and labels can be encoded before delivery so they arrive floor-ready.

Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
