Tags are only half of an RFID system — the desk needs a reader worth trusting. This desktop UHF unit handles encoding and inventory checks at up to 190 tags per second, quick enough to verify an entire box of labels in one pass instead of sampling a handful.

Build quality gets unusual attention for a bench device. The housing is impact-resistant full metal and doubles as a heat sink, while the wide-temperature design keeps sessions stable through long shifts and warm back rooms. Protocol support is global with tri-band coverage, and deployment is plug and play: connect it and start reading, with no development project required. Typical homes include apparel retail counters, asset registration desks and warehouse receiving stations.

What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
