Document File Tracking UHF RFID label · 98×12 mm · NXP UCODE 9 (RT-S134)

Narrow coated-paper label made for the spines of files and archive boxes: 98×12 mm overall with a 95×10 mm antenna, so whole shelves inventory themselves in a single reader pass. Powered by an NXP UCODE 9 chip (customizable) with a 96-bit EPC under ISO/IEC 18000-6C, it replaces manual counts with instant check-in, check-out and sorting.

Manual archive counts consume staff days and still miss things. Tag each folder with this 98×12 mm strip instead, and the count becomes a walk along the shelf: the reader logs every spine it passes, check-in and check-out register instantly, and automated sorting becomes possible because every file announces itself.

The label’s proportions are deliberate — a 95×10 mm antenna stretched along the spine keeps performance high even with folders packed tight. An NXP UCODE 9 chip (swappable on request) holds a 96-bit EPC over ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2, and the coated paper face takes reference numbers and barcodes by thermal transfer or silk screen. Operation is rated 0–60 °C at 20–80% RH.

How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with a specific recommendation — chip, antenna, face material and adhesive — plus tiered unit pricing for the quantities you request.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free of charge (freight collect) and dispatched within 3–5 working days, so you can verify read performance on your own material before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
