A mini 30×15 mm UHF tag in durable double-layer white PVC, made to be tied to jewelry, glasses and luxury goods with a thin cord through its hole. The NXP UCODE 8 chip endures 100,000 programming cycles, so tags can be re-encoded and reused across stock; multi-tag reading at 860–960 MHz speeds up tray-by-tray inventory.

Jewelry tags live rough lives: tied on, untied, re-tied, dropped in trays, wiped down. Hence the material choice here — two bonded layers of white PVC that withstand handling, moisture and daily wear far longer than paper tickets. Thread a thin cord through the tag’s hole, fasten it to a ring or bracelet, and the piece joins your digital inventory.

The economics rest on reuse. With around 100,000 programming cycles in its NXP UCODE 8 chip, one tag can be wiped and re-encoded for new stock again and again. The 25×12 mm antenna answers group reads under ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2 across 860–960 MHz, storing a 128-bit EPC with 96-bit TID — well suited to jewelry, eyewear and luxury goods counters.

Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
