A 50×30 mm AL+PET antenna paired with an NXP Ucode8 chip gives it broadband 860–960 MHz coverage under ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPC Gen 2), carrying 128 bits of EPC plus a 96-bit TID for traceability and anti-counterfeit work.
Choose an art paper, PET or foam face over the glassine liner to match the surface; thermal-transfer and silk-screen printing are both supported. The construction holds Walmart acceptance, ships 2,000 labels per roll wound face out on a 3-inch core, and tolerates operating conditions from 0 to 60 °C with a bending diameter above 50 mm.

Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
