The Qstar-7U chip offers 128-bit EPC plus 128-bit user memory under EPC Gen 2, and handheld readers reach it from 5–6 meters.

Liquids and metal are the two classic RFID spoilers — they detune antennas and swallow signals. This 60×30 mm flag label sidesteps both. Adhesive is applied only at one end, so the tag anchors to a bottle or canister while the working antenna section stands away from the surface, reading cleanly where a flat label would go quiet.

Rivotag supplies it with a Qstar-7U chip (alternatives can be arranged) on a 41×18 mm antenna, compliant with ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPC Gen 2). Memory is generous for retail work: a 128-bit EPC plus 128 bits of user space. The thermal-paper face suits fast on-site printing and coding in supermarkets, batch reads succeed at high rates, and handheld readers pick tags up from five to six meters.

Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
