Currently, ARC certification has become the entry threshold for RFID projects for world’s leading apparel brands. This UHF RFID apparel label adopts ARC certified RFID inlay-AD-387U9 and use environmentally friendly glue . This RFID label tag has a long distance reading and is often used for RFID clothing tags or attached to RFID brand hang tags.

For a retail RFID program, provide the required inlay specification, tag placement instructions and encoding scheme. Confirm the exact inlay’s current program approval with your trading partner before production. Rivotag can review label size, printing and encoding requirements against the selected inlay.

Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
