Fixed-asset audits usually die by clipboard. Stick this 97x27 mm printable UHF tag on each item instead and the register updates at reading speed: the NXP UCODE 8 chip and 94x24 mm antenna respond from over 20 feet on non-metallic surfaces, so a walk down the corridor covers an entire office.
The white PET face accepts asset numbers, logos and barcodes by thermal transfer or silk screen, and it withstands cleaning products and daily contact. Communication follows ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2) with a 128-bit EPC and 48-bit TID for serialised IDs, while the adhesive is specified for strong stickiness where conditions get rough. Operating range is 0 to 60 °C.
