Most RFID failures on industrial sites trace back to one culprit: the tag was never designed to sit on metal. This flexible 70×25 mm label was. A magnetic-wave-absorbing layer isolates the antenna from the surface beneath, keeping ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPC Gen 2) reads alive on machinery, tanks, panels and other steel-heavy assets.
The build measures just 1.26 mm thick with a white PET face for thermal-transfer printing, wound 500 to a roll. Chips are selectable — NXP Ucode8, Ucode9, M730 or M750 — with 96-bit EPC and 48-bit TID memory across 860–960 MHz, and the tag is rated for -40 to +85 °C service, which suits unheated warehouses and hot plant floors equally well.

Sizes from 65×5 mm strips to 100×40 mm plates are available alongside the stock 70×25 mm format, and face material, printing and EPC/TID encoding all flex to the project.
