Not every RFID station needs an industrial floor-standing machine. This desktop printer brings tag printing and encoding to the benchtop: ISO 18000-6C reading built in, thermal and thermal transfer print modes, and support for special media including anti-metal tag stock.

Two specifications stand out for logistics and warehousing. Print speed reaches 6 inches per second, and the media path accepts labels up to 2 meters long — pallet banners and oversize logistics labels included. Dual sensors keep positioning precise to cut misprints and waste, while USB, RS-232 and RJ45 interfaces plug the unit into existing systems. Bundled RFID software covers everyday encoding jobs without extra tooling, and the compact chassis suits almost any industrial workspace.

Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
