Printing RFID labels and encoding them used to be two separate jobs; this industrial UHF printer folds both into one pass. It prints at up to 8 inches per second while reading and writing each tag inline, which keeps high-volume labeling lines moving without a standalone encoding station.

Media flexibility is the machine’s other strength. It accepts label widths from 20 to 118 mm and copes with special stocks, including anti-metal tags. Operators work from a 4.3-inch full-color IPS touchscreen, while USB and RJ45 Ethernet ports allow real-time device monitoring and control from a host system. Built for harsh sites, the unit is rated to run from -40 °C up to 60 °C, and optional accessories extend it further.

What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
