Industrial UHF RFID printer for high-volume label runs: printing at up to 8 inches per second with inline tag reading and writing. Media support spans 20–118 mm widths including anti-metal stocks; a 4.3-inch full-color IPS touchscreen drives operation, USB and RJ45 Ethernet enable live monitoring, and the chassis tolerates -40 °C to 60 °C.

When labeling volume climbs into the thousands per shift, printer speed and uptime set the schedule. This industrial RFID unit is built for that load: it lays down print at up to 8 inches per second and encodes each UHF inlay in the same pass, reading and writing tags as they travel through the mechanism.

It is unfussy about media, too, accepting widths from 20 to 118 mm along with special materials including anti-metal label stock. A 4.3-inch full-color touchscreen keeps job setup quick on the line, while USB and RJ45 Ethernet connections let supervisors monitor and control the device in real time. With a -40 to 60 °C tolerance and optional accessories, it holds up in cold stores and hot workshops alike.

What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
