At 300x50 mm, this is a label you can read from the far side of a racking aisle — and so can a reader. The elongated format suits pallet edges, long crates and returnable transport items where a small tag would simply disappear, giving people and RFID equipment the same easy target.
Construction starts with PP synthetic paper: waterproof, resistant to tearing and ageing, and comfortable on the harsher outdoor legs of a route. The embedded NXP UCODE 9 chip follows ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2) with a 96-bit EPC and 96-bit factory-locked TID (includes a 48-bit unique serial number), supporting bulk reads of stacked or moving stock. Application is standard self-adhesive, and operating temperature spans 0 to 60 °C.
