A wrap-around tail tag for glasses and jewelry counters: the 66×26 mm white PET body folds to a discreet 25×13 mm head that fastens firmly without marking delicate pieces. Its Qstar-7U chip reaches -17 dBm read sensitivity and about 4 meters of range, holding a 128-bit EPC plus 128-bit user memory; the waterproof face takes 600 dpi printing.

Eyewear and jewelry pose the same tagging problem: tiny products, zero tolerance for damage, and stock counted piece by piece. This tailed tag answers all three. The 66×26 mm white PET strip loops around a temple arm or chain and closes on itself, presenting a slim 25×13 mm face that stays out of the customer’s way.

Electrically it runs a Qstar-7U chip with -17 dBm read sensitivity and up to 4 meters of range under ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2 — enough to sweep a display case in one pass. Memory pairs a 128-bit EPC with 128 bits of user space, and the waterproof PET face supports 600 dpi high-definition printing for barcodes and pricing.

Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
