A tailless fold-over UHF label for jewelry and luxury retail: it prints at 50x15 mm, folds to 25x15 mm, and typically sits inside a small transparent case tied to the piece by cord. The white PET face resists water, oil and tearing, while an NXP UCODE 8 chip holds a 128-bit EPC under EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2.

Dangling label tails and fine jewelry never belonged together. This 50x15 mm UHF label folds cleanly to 25x15 mm with no tail at all, dropping into a small transparent case that ties to the piece by cord — a tidy presentation that survives handling, cleaning sprays and curious customers.

White PET construction lends waterproof, oil-proof and tear-resistant manners, and the surface holds fine SKU and price detail. Radio duties fall to an NXP UCODE 8 chip — other chips can be specified — with a 128-bit EPC and 48-bit TID on ISO/IEC 18000-6C, so trays of rings or watch displays inventory themselves in one sweep. Operation runs 0 to 60 °C.

Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
