Adhesive labels and paper tickets only go so far in apparel — at some point the tag has to live inside the garment. Rivotag supplies this woven UHF label for that job: a soft nylon-tape or polyester carrier with an AL+PET antenna laminated inside, sewable like any care label and comfortable against fabric.
Sizing is genuinely custom, with 60×40 mm and 100×100 mm as common starting points, and chip choice spans NXP Ucode8, Ucode9 and M730/M750-class parts. Whatever the build, operation follows ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPC Gen 2) across 860–960 MHz with 128-bit EPC and 96-bit TID memory — supporting store inventory, replenishment, counter lookups and reconciliation in clothing programs, with medical and asset management close cousins. Labels arrive bundled 200 pieces, around 10,000 per carton.
Ordering and customization
Faces can carry fixed logos or printed art plus variable barcodes and serial numbers, and EPC/TID encoding is completed before dispatch. Free samples ship freight collect in 3–5 working days, quotes land within 24 hours, and ISO 9001 partner lines complete mass production 7–15 days after artwork approval.
