A 75×40 mm UHF label faced with direct thermal paper: heat alone develops the print, so no ribbon or ink is ever loaded — quicker output and lower running costs at supermarket receipt counters and ribbon-unfriendly stations. The Q-Star 7U chip supplies a 128-bit EPC, 128-bit user memory and 48-bit TID over ISO/IEC 18000-6C.

Ribbons run out; thermal paper does not need them. The face of this 75×40 mm label darkens directly under the print head’s heat, producing text and barcodes with no ink, no ribbon and no consumable swaps — which is why the format suits supermarket receipt printing and any station where loading a ribbon is impractical.

Beneath the thermal face runs a 70×14 mm antenna with a Q-Star 7U chip: 128-bit EPC, 128 bits of user memory and a 48-bit TID over ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Gen 2, read quickly and in groups for traceability work. The construction is also transferable, and operating range covers 0–60 °C at 20–80% RH.

Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
