Stuck to the glass, this 96×23 mm windshield label identifies vehicles at parking barriers and toll lanes from 8–10 meters away. Its fragile antenna self-destructs if peeled, blocking tag transfer between cars, while the waterproof double-sided PET face carries printed vehicle details inside and out. The Higgs 9 chip adds 688 bits of user memory.

Vehicle credentials only work if they cannot wander between cars. That is the point of the fragile antenna in this 96×23 mm windshield tag: try to peel it off and the circuit breaks, taking the credential with it. Rivotag supplies the tag for parking facilities, toll booths and automated vehicle access schemes that need identification with anti-transfer teeth.

An Alien Higgs 9 chip drives a 93×19 mm antenna with strong backscatter, holding read performance in cluttered RF environments and reaching 8–10 meters in service. Memory runs 96-bit EPC, 48-bit TID and a roomy 688-bit user bank for plate numbers or permit data, all under ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPC Gen 2). The waterproof, double-sided PET face takes printing on both surfaces, so staff can check vehicle details from inside or outside the car.

Thermal-transfer and silk-screen printing, size adjustments and EPC/TID encoding are available on request. Quotes return within 24 hours, free samples ship freight collect in 3–5 working days, and ISO 9001 partner lines finish mass production 7–15 days after artwork approval.

We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
