The real problem: credentials that move

Vehicle identification is a security problem wearing a logistics costume. Reading a car at lane speed is the easy half; the hard half is guaranteeing that the tag being read still belongs to the vehicle it was issued to. Parking access, tolling, residential gates and fleet compounds all fail the same way — a credential peeled from one windshield and re-stuck on another.

Which tags fit, and why

That is why vehicle programs lean on destructible constructions instead of ordinary stickers. Windshield tags from our anti-counterfeiting fragile family mount on the glass and fracture their antenna if removal is attempted, so a lifted tag arrives at the next gate already dead. Headlight labels apply the same anti-transfer logic to exterior mounting where glass placement is impractical. Both are passive UHF, which keeps per-vehicle cost low while supporting multi-lane, no-stop reads, and related transfer-security label formats cover permits, paperwork and depot equipment around the vehicles themselves.

Two specification notes from experience: match the construction to the actual mounting surface, because laminated glass and polycarbonate behave differently under RF; and state your country’s UHF band in the first message so the inlay tuning matches your lane readers rather than a generic test bench.

Ordering note

Describe your lanes, mounting points and volumes and expect a quote within 24 hours. Free samples ship freight collect within 3–5 working days for gate trials, and production follows 7–15 days after artwork approval on ISO 9001-certified partner lines — pre-encoded where your access-control system requires it.

Quotations, samples and supply

How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with a specific recommendation — chip, antenna, face material and adhesive — plus tiered unit pricing for the quantities you request.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free of charge (freight collect) and dispatched within 3–5 working days, so you can verify read performance on your own material before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
