A slim 98×12 mm tamper-evident label engineered for vehicle headlights: the encapsulated chip resists infrared and ultraviolet exposure, the durable PET face weathers outdoor use, and reads reach up to 10 meters. Any attempt to remove the label snaps the 95×8 mm fragile antenna, so it cannot be moved to another vehicle.

Headlights make surprisingly practical tag real estate: the lens faces oncoming readers and offers a smooth, durable mounting surface. This 98×12 mm strip is engineered for that spot. Its chip is encapsulated against infrared and ultraviolet exposure, its PET face endures weather and washing, and identification works at distances up to 10 meters.
Security rests on a fragile 95×8 mm antenna: lever the label off and the circuit severs, leaving the tag dead and useless on any other vehicle. The design runs Alien H9 silicon (other chips can be fitted) over ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Gen 2, and the same anti-transfer construction also serves luxury goods and anti-counterfeiting programs. Operating range is 0–60 °C at 20–80% RH.

Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
