Millions of thin, identical objects

Libraries and records rooms manage the exact geometry RFID finds hardest: thin items shelved spine to spine, files compressed into boxes, and collections so large that any tag must be cheap enough to apply everywhere yet dependable enough to run self-checkout and security gates.

HF or UHF — the real decision

Frequency choice is the central fork, and it is genuinely two-sided. HF (13.56 MHz) labels couple magnetically at close range, tolerate tight stacking gracefully and pinpoint a single item — a natural fit for circulation desks, returns sorting and control of confidential single documents. UHF labels read at meters and sweep an entire shelf in one pass, which transforms stocktaking and widens gate coverage, though densely packed media rewards careful antenna selection. Many institutions sensibly run both: UHF for bulk shelf management, HF where precision or interference immunity wins. Slim spine formats and paper-faced stickers in our multi-frequency catalog cover either route, with print-ready faces for barcodes and ownership marks, and both frequencies support anti-theft workflows through gate integration.

Ordering note

A practical pilot beats a theoretical debate: tag one shelf each way and count. We support exactly that — free samples shipped freight collect in 3–5 working days, quotes within 24 hours, and printing plus encoding customized to your cataloguing scheme so trial labels behave like production ones. Full collection orders complete 7–15 days after artwork approval, produced on ISO 9001-certified partner lines.

Quotations, samples and supply

How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with a specific recommendation — chip, antenna, face material and adhesive — plus tiered unit pricing for the quantities you request.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free of charge (freight collect) and dispatched within 3–5 working days, so you can verify read performance on your own material before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
