This 0.75 mm thin flexible label combines two protections: an anti-metal build that reads up to 4 meters on metal surfaces (3 m on non-metal, handheld), and a fragile antenna that is irreversibly damaged by any peeling attempt. The Impinj Monza R6 chip offers a 96-bit EPC, 100,000 rewrites and -40 to 85 °C operation for high-security asset control.

Bind a tag to an asset permanently, or know immediately when someone tried. That is the premise of this fragile on-metal label: flexible enough at 0.75 mm to wrap cylinders, pipes and curved equipment housings, yet built so that any unauthorized peeling wrecks the antenna beyond recovery. The asset and its identity stay locked together.
Read performance is genuinely on-metal grade — up to 4 meters on steel with a handheld reader, around 3 meters on non-metallic surfaces — using an Impinj Monza R6 chip at 902–928 MHz under ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2. The 96-bit EPC rewrites up to 100,000 times, batches ship after 100% Voyantic conformance testing, and the PET face prints text, barcodes and QR codes on standard industrial printers such as the SATO CL4NX. Temperature tolerance runs -40 to 85 °C.

Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
