Corrugated board is a hostile landing zone for adhesives — dusty, fibrous, sometimes cold. This 4x4 inch (100x100 mm) logistics label counters with hot-melt glue that bites quickly and keeps holding on rough surfaces and in low-temperature applications, so the tag still answers at the far end of the route.
Identification runs through an Impinj M730 chip on an 80x20 mm antenna: 128-bit EPC, 48-bit TID and ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2) compliance for high-volume portal reads. The generous square face leaves space for addresses, barcodes and compliance printing via thermal transfer or silk screen, on art paper, PET or PP synthetic stock. Operation is rated 0 to 60 °C.
