Race Timing Dogbone Inlay UHF RFID tag · 97×27 mm · NXP UCODE 8 (RT-S125)
Peel-and-stick UHF timing tag built on the widely deployed Smartrac Dogbone inlay with NXP UCODE 8 chip, reading up to 10 meters depending on the reader. Double-layer foam more than 2 mm thick spaces the antenna away from the athlete's body and reinforces waterproofing — ready for marathons, triathlons and cycling events.

Timing crews trust inlays with a track record, and few carry a longer one than the Smartrac Dogbone. This 97×27 mm tag mounts that proven 94×24 mm antenna with an NXP UCODE 8 chip, holding read ranges up to 10 meters (reader dependent) through the congestion of a mass start.
Between the waterproof white PET face and the release liner sits a double-layer foam core exceeding 2 mm. That spacing does two jobs at once: it keeps the antenna clear of the athlete’s body, which would otherwise absorb the signal, and it adds a buffer against rain and sweat. Application stays deliberately simple — peel the liner, press the tag onto the back of the race bib. Protocol is ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2, with a 128-bit EPC and 48-bit TID.

Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
