Foam-backed UHF timing label for marathon bibs, combining a film-coated PP face with 1 mm of lightweight foam that wears comfortably and resists bending and tearing. The 94×24 mm antenna and Impinj M830 chip (customizable) deliver EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2 performance with a 128-bit EPC and 48-bit TID, while the PET liner resists water and moisture.

Race timing gives a tag one chance per runner, so construction matters as much as silicon. This 97×27 mm foam tag stacks a film-coated PP face — ultra-fine matte texture, smooth to the touch, printable in two colors — over 1 mm of lightweight foam and a water-resistant PET release liner. The result bends, flexes and survives a rainy half marathon without tearing.
Timing data rides on an Impinj M830 chip (swappable on request) and a 94×24 mm antenna running ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2. A 128-bit EPC and 48-bit TID keep every participant uniquely identified across mats and gantries, with rated operation from 0 to 60 °C.
