Sustainability targets now reach all the way down to the price label. This 54x34 mm eco UHF label answers with a construction that omits the usual plastic layers: the paper substrate itself serves as the face material, and the antenna is printed directly onto it in conductive ink. The finished tag recycles with paper waste instead of contaminating it.
Performance is not the trade-off it sounds like. Chips can be specified as H47, U8, Impinj M730 or other options, all reading to ISO/IEC 18000-6C so existing reader fleets need no changes. The standard 50x30 mm antenna and 54x34 mm die-cut are both customizable, the adhesive meets FDA standards for direct food contact, and operation holds from 0 to 60 °C — a natural fit for food control programs and retailers with plastic-reduction commitments.
