Tag orientation is the silent killer of read rates: a label folded away from the antenna simply vanishes. This 50x50 mm square label counters with true-3D antenna technology — a 45x45 mm structure engineered for 360-degree readability, so items tossed into bins, stacked flat or hung sideways all report in.
The chip is a Kiloway Only2, deliberately read-only: its identity is fixed and cannot be overwritten, a useful property when tags must resist tampering or accidental re-encoding. It answers standard ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2) readers, wears art paper, PET or PP synthetic faces, and operates from 0 to 60 °C across apparel and general retail settings.
Ordering & customization
Size, face stock and printing remain customizable even with the fixed-ID chip, and alternative chips can be quoted where writable EPCs are needed. Free samples ship freight collect in 3-5 working days; production concludes 7-15 days after artwork approval on ISO 9001 partner lines, and quotes return within 24 hours.
