Tag orientation is the quiet killer of read rates: labels facing away from the antenna simply vanish from inventory counts. This 50×50 mm square label counters that with an H47 inlay engineered for 360-degree, true-3D readability, so items keep responding even when they sit at awkward angles on cardboard, plastic or wood.
The Impinj Monza 4QT chip is the other half of the story. Alongside the standard 128-bit EPC and 48-bit TID, it opens up 512 bits of user memory — room for batch data, service records or brand protection codes that travel with the item. Protocol is ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2; face options include art paper, PET and PP synthetic paper, with operation rated from 0 to 60 °C.
