Where supply chains lose money

Supply chains leak value in the gaps between scans: the pallet that left but was never logged out, the carton counted twice, the returnable crate that never returned. Barcodes narrow those gaps one line-of-sight scan at a time; UHF RFID closes them in bulk, reading whole pallets at dock doors without anyone unpacking anything.

Which tags fit, and why

Logistics tagging is mercifully standardized. Most programs run large paper-faced UHF labels — 4 × 2 in and 4 × 6 in formats sit in our frequency label catalog — with room for printed addresses, barcodes and handling marks alongside the encoded EPC, so a single label serves people and readers alike. Long-range inlays with higher-memory chips take carton and pallet duty; returnable containers justify tougher constructions that survive years of loops rather than one trip. The operational key is producing labels at your own pace: pairing label stock with an RFID printer lets each site print and encode verified, shipment-specific labels on demand instead of warehousing pre-printed rolls for every destination.

Two questions settle most specifications quickly. What surface does the label land on — cardboard, shrink-wrap or plastic crate? And how far must your portals read? Answer those and the inlay, face material and adhesive largely choose themselves.

Ordering note

Send your volumes and label sizes and pricing comes back within 24 hours. Free samples go out freight collect in 3–5 working days — enough time to run them through your portals and printers before committing — and production completes 7–15 days after artwork approval on ISO 9001-audited partner lines, with chip, size, face material and encoding customized to each lane.

How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with a specific recommendation — chip, antenna, face material and adhesive — plus tiered unit pricing for the quantities you request.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free of charge (freight collect) and dispatched within 3–5 working days, so you can verify read performance on your own material before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
