Asset UHF ceramic RFID tag · Alien Higgs 3 (RT-C101)
One of the smallest on-metal formats we supply: a 4×4 mm ceramic tag just 3 mm thick and 0.3 g, made to identify tools, instruments and compact metal assets. The Alien Higgs 3 chip stores a 96-bit EPC plus 512-bit user memory, reads up to 0.8 m on metal with a fixed reader, and the IP68 body operates from -40 to 85 °C.

Four millimeters square and three thick — this ceramic tag disappears onto surfaces where even small labels are too large. Ceramic construction is what makes the size workable on metal: the sintered body isolates the antenna from the surface beneath, so the tag reads dependably where ordinary inlays fail outright.
An Alien Higgs 3 chip supplies a 96-bit EPC, 64-bit TID and a generous 512-bit user bank, rewritable up to 100,000 times with data retention rated to 50 years. Read range on metal reaches 0.8 meters with a fixed reader (0.4 m handheld) across US 902–928 MHz and EU 865–868 MHz plans. The black IP68 package weighs 0.3 g, mounts with adhesive, operates from -40 to 85 °C, and carries REACH, RoHS and CE approvals along with a one-year warranty.
