Encoding and printing are where anti-metal projects usually stall, so Rivotag supplies this 70×25 mm on-metal label as a ready-to-apply piece: text, barcodes and color artwork printed, EPC/TID data written, 500 labels to a roll. The material stays soft enough to follow curved surfaces — cylinders, poles, rounded housings — without cracking the antenna.
Performance holds up where it matters. On a metal surface with a fixed reader the label reaches roughly 9 meters (about 4 meters on non-metal), using linear polarization under EPC Class 1 Gen 2 / ISO 18000-6C. Batches are 100 percent consistency-tested, the IP54 white PET face brushes off dust and splashes, and the -40 to +85 °C rating covers cold stores through boiler rooms. Chip choices run from NXP Ucode8 and Ucode9 to M730 and M750.

Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
