Rivotag supplies this 60×25 mm flexible anti-metal label so enterprise asset teams can scan instead: the absorbing layer beneath the antenna keeps EPC Gen 2 (ISO 18000-6C) reads reliable directly on metal equipment, containers and spare parts.
Labels are soft enough for curved housings, print through standard thermal-transfer printers, and pass one hundred percent consistency testing before dispatch. Chip options include NXP Ucode8, M730, M750 and Impinj R6, each rewritable up to 100,000 times — handy when assets change hands. Coverage spans the 866–868 and 902–928 MHz bands, service temperature runs -40 to +85 °C, and rolls hold 500 pieces on 3-inch cores.

Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
