A sew-in UHF textile label on soft satin ribbon, cut at 60x30 mm for garment seams and care-label positions. Polyester ribbon stands up to acid, alkali, mold, heat and light while staying wrinkle-free and gentle on skin; the NXP UCODE 9 chip inside reads to ISO/IEC 18000-6C with a 96-bit EPC via a 42x16 mm antenna.

Some apparel programs want RFID stitched in, not stuck on. This 60x30 mm textile tag rides on satin ribbon — the same soft polyester band used for care labels — so it sews into a seam and vanishes into the garment’s construction. The ribbon resists acid, alkali, mold, heat and light, springs back without wrinkling, and feels like nothing against skin.
Inside runs an NXP UCODE 9 chip on a 42x16 mm antenna: ISO/IEC 18000-6C (EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2), a 96-bit EPC and 96-bit factory-locked TID (includes a 48-bit unique serial number), with the multi-read behaviour that turns rack counts into a walk-past. Rolls can be supplied with perforation lines or black marks for easy converting, and the ribbon surface takes printed barcodes, text and logos.
