Flexible Metal Resistant RFID Tag
The anti-metal RFID tag is based on RFID electronic tag with a layer of metal resistant material. This material can prevent the label from failing after being attached to a metal object. The anti-metal material is a special anti-magnetic wave absorbing material. The electronic tag encapsulated by the material technically solves the problem that the electronic tag cannot be attached to the metal surface.
Application: Widely used in inspection of power equipment, hydraulic gas tank management, vehicle management, elevator management, household equipment management, etc.

Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
