Compact apparel label built on the ARC-certified AD-327 (UCODE 9) inlay — the credential leading clothing brands require of their RFID suppliers. At 45×19 mm with a 42.5×17 mm antenna, it reads at long range for garment tags and brand hang tags, stores a 96-bit EPC under EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2, and is laminated with environmentally friendly adhesive on an art paper face.

ARC certification is the gatekeeper of apparel RFID: without it, tags rarely make it into the programs of leading clothing brands. This 45×19 mm label passes that gate on an AD-327 inlay carrying NXP’s UCODE 9 chip, giving suppliers a compact, compliant format for garment stickers and brand hang tags.

The 42.5×17 mm antenna sustains long-distance reads under ISO/IEC 18000-6C / EPCglobal Class 1 Gen 2 with a 96-bit EPC, and the construction pairs an art paper face with environmentally friendly adhesive. Thermal transfer and silk screen printing put SKUs, barcodes and branding on the face; rated operation is 0–60 °C at 20–80% RH.

Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
Can you customize size, chip, printing and encoding?
Yes — size, chip (Impinj, NXP, Alien and more), face material, adhesive, printing and EPC/TID encoding are all customizable. A custom antenna design typically takes 3 working days.
How is quality controlled?
Partner lines run CCD vision inspection on every roll, Voyantic RFID performance testing, and 100% read verification after encoding, under an ISO 9001 quality system. We release shipment only after QC data is confirmed.
