Why apparel went item-level first

Apparel is where item-level RFID earns its keep fastest — and where tagging mistakes multiply fastest, because every SKU, size and colorway needs its own encoded identity before it leaves the packing line. The operational pains are familiar: cycle counts that consume a weekend, shelf gaps that quietly lose sales, online orders promised against stock that does not exist, and retailer mandates that reject shipments carrying non-compliant tags.

Which tags fit, and why

The fix is largely a materials decision. Sewn-in textile labels in nylon, ribbon or woven faces carry the ID through the garment’s life, surviving handling while staying invisible to the customer. Printed hang tags and adhesive stickers cover goods where sewing is impractical, and for supply into mandate programs, labels built on ARC-certified standard designs keep shipments inside retailer specifications from the first carton. Across all of these, UHF bulk reading is the point: hundreds of folded, boxed or racked garments inventoried in a single pass rather than a shift. Sizing and antenna choice follow the ticket or care label you already print, so RFID slots into existing trim rather than adding a new component.

Ordering note

We supply apparel programs end to end — chip, size, face material, printing and encoding are all customizable — and reply to enquiries with quotes within 24 hours. Free samples (freight collect) ship in 3–5 working days so your DC can validate reads on real cartons, and production completes 7–15 days after artwork approval on ISO 9001-certified partner lines.

Quotations, samples and supply

How fast will I get a quotation?
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours with a specific recommendation — chip, antenna, face material and adhesive — plus tiered unit pricing for the quantities you request.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free of charge (freight collect) and dispatched within 3–5 working days, so you can verify read performance on your own material before committing to production.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production typically ships in 7–15 days after artwork approval. Our partner factories run 30+ production lines with a combined capacity of about 1.5 billion tags per year.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are an independent supplier, not the factory. Production runs on audited partner lines in China that hold ISO 9001 certification and ARC-certified standard designs; we handle engineering review, sampling, QC and logistics, and remain your single accountable contact.
